Ode to the Market................

The Lion’s Head Farmers’ Market started in June 2008 as part of a school project by Megan Myles - with support from family, friends, teachers and the Bruce Peninsula Environment Group. Megan managed the Market in the first couple of seasons, and then passed the torch to her very supportive parents. 
 
Cecile and Gerry Myles successfully managed and coordinated the Market for over the next decade (2009 - 2020) and they, along with the Market Committee, helped it grow into the vibrant, quaint, community market that it is today!  In 2021, Cecile felt ready for a break, so now the Market is managed by Charlene Jordan who also is a member of the Market Committee comprised of Charlene, Judy Jasper, Val Phillips and Marni Zatzman. 

We are all so very grateful to everyone who has contributed and continues to contribute to the success of this amazing gem ....
